Fresh air. Fresh water, fresh beer.
This was a great Brewery Logo Design to work on because it has a great story behind it. It all begun in 2002 when Tom Fennell bought a house in Fannin County and thought of turning the place into a vineyard. After many of trips to Germany, the vineyard idea turned out to be a fantastic brewing company with 19 different styles of beer. He partnered with Pat Walker at the Blue Ridge Brewery in 2012.
The Logo Boutique designed the main logo for the company based on Tom’s original drawing sketch and we loved how it turned out. It has a hand drawn feel and freestyle approach to the illustration.
We have also designed and all the logos for the different beers, Hiawassee Golden Ale, Toccoa Brown, Dahlonega Gold and others to come. When creating a Brewery Logo there are a few things to have in mind. It has to be appealing, fresh, true to the flavor and more important, it has to be unique!
The secret of the beer is in their water that comes from Pristine Lake Blue Ridge, fed by the Toccoa River, a beautiful and pure river with absolutely no industry. The other secret are the grains that are also local. Tom Fennell states “We’ve combined our love for German beer, our experience making wine and our passion for the mountains to create world-class beer with a local focus. Local isn’t just a word – we use local ingredients, name our beers for the beauty around us, and support our local community.”
